You asked for it, so here it is. Burnt Honey Bakery vanilla slice, aka your little slice of heaven.
Our recipe is deeply inspired by the kremna rezina of Lake Bled, Slovenia and is made with handmade spelt puff pastry bade with Pepe Saya butter, sandwiching a layer of vanilla crème pâtissière and vanilla crème chantilly. Topped with a dusting of icing sugar.
