Magpie Corner Chai by Burnt Honey Bakery

Our house made masala chai made with local honey and organic spices. 

Store in a cool, dark spot. Will last up to 6 months.

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan heat 2 tsp chai with 100mL of water, add a teaspoon of honey if you like
  2. Simmer for five minutes
  3. Add 350mL of your milk of choice
  4. Warm over a medium heat until it reaches your desired drinking temperature, don’t let it boil
  5. Strain, serve and enjoy!
