Galette Des Rois, also known as King Cake, is a long standing tradition for celebrating the Epiphany in France during January. If you discover a feve (or figurine, ours is a sugared almond) in your slice then you will be crowned king for the day!

The lightest puff pastry with almond frangipane filling containing a sugared almond.
