How often does Burnt Honey Bakery deliver?

We deliver 7 days a week so you can serve your customers the freshest baked goods available

What Burnt Honey Bakery items can I order for wholesale?

If we bake it you can order it, our breads, pastries, cakes, biscuits, etc. The only exception is our weekly specials which we cannot supply due to logistical constraints.

What is Burnt Honey Bakery's delivery area?

We currently deliver between Bensville and Yarramalong but will be expanding to the peninsula in the coming weeks. If you're in this area please get in touch.

What platform do you use to take orders?

We use Ordermentum. If you have an account already you can connect to our store, if not we can quicklly and easily set up an account on your hehalf.

Do your sourdoughs contain any commercial yeast?

While there is a trend for large wholesale bakeries to use commercial yeast in their sourdoughs for consistency you will NEVER find commercial yeast in Burnt Honey Bakery sourdoughs

What are the order cut-offs?

Most of our baked goods take 2 days to produce so in order to keep waste to a minimum and ensure that we can provide our wholesale customers with the freshest and best quality baked goods possible we require orders by midnight 2 business days in advance. For example, orders for delivery on Friday morning close at midnight on Tuesday.

What is your wholesale discount?

We offer a 35% discount on retail for our wholesale customers.
